All 3 levels give you the customer flexibility in terms of cost per month and each vary in service levels. Our monthly fee is set per level and you can move levels each month* depending on what you require (* after qualifying period)

PMB will find your next superstar for a fair fee. Provide us with a full job description and person profile and we will do the rest. We will place adverts across all platforms including our own job boards. We will take away the headache and even complete referencing and any in house onboarding processes if required. Job By Job is clean and simple, you give us the information and we will find you the person. All you have to do is select candidates for interview and conduct the formal face to face interview.

PMB fees are not based on a % of the salary, our fees provide clear cost savings compared to high street agencies – contact us to find out more.

Yes, we supply temporary staff across the UK. Manage your staff spend per day and or week, we offer a full partnership approach that is different from high street agencies that will provide you a big cost saving. We provide staff into the Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors – contact us to discuss your needs.
